Sorry, but the errors you submit are not sufficient for us to detect what the problem is. We haven't received claims from other customers with the same errors, so we suspect that the problem might be caused by the settings you are using in your software, or you may simply have the maintenance subscription expired.

So, to be able to investigate the problem we need to check the property and the log file of your Buzzbundle. That is why, please, open the project and go to the Help menu and choose Send Project to Support.

But with the new upgrade of buzzbundle there is problem it seems.

You are actually referring to a rather old bug which has been fixed long ago so we haven`t faced any Twitter profile issues recently. Most probably you have to check carefully the account credentials you are entering and log in to your Twitter account from your browser to check if you have any verification steps or security alerts unattended. Also we recommend to use captcha in case you are performing a search by keyword in Twitter. You can enable captcha under 'Preferences=>Search Safety Settings=>CAPTCHA Settings'
