I disagree. It seems that two ways link exchanges are very ineffective now. Three way linking used by some SEO Companies will also soon be found out and dismissed by Google as well. Just a thought :)

I think you should not consider a link exchange because it may be possible that:
- Their website is new
- They give you no follow link
- Their website has many outbound links
- Website is not perfectly designed
It can be beneficial for you but there are rare cases of it.

I'm not sure that creating a website is a good solution for someone who wants to make a profit from his e-commerce as soon as possible. I think that sometimes it would be more profitable, if you have the necessary money for investment, to buy one of the online stores or another type of site on the ExitAdviser portlet. This is the only site I know of where you can legally sell a site from the owner. I recently considered the budget required for the creation and promotion of a new online store and it seems to me that some businessmen could really save money if they would use this method to acquire an online business.
