I am planning to buy a keyword rich domain name..but found one with hyphen between the domain name. Its like "keyword-keyword.com". I searched a bit and found most blog saying "hyphen in domain name is bad for seo". Although list-assistant have hyphen in between its domain. So what should i do? Is hyphen in domain name is really bad for seo?

This is quite ok to use hyphenated keywords in domain name. Keyword in domain is no longer such a strong factor as before, so using hyphen in domain name will not make your results worse in any way.

If your domain name contains two words, you can separate the words with a hyphen. But remember that more than one hyphen is considered as a spammy behavior. So, it's better to stick to domain names containing only one or two words.
