Hi there,

i cannot use Moz Api with seo spyglass.

I have 2 key but none of them seems to be working: they seems not to have been validated but i wonder how i can make them working.

They have been created a few month ago for one of them and today for the other one (maybe 45 mn ago).

It's annoying not to be able to make them work, as you can imagine.

Thanks if you have a solution.

What exactly does the software say when you try to add your Moz API key to the settings? Does it show any error message? Please, make sure that you select the right status of your license when you add it to the software (free or paid).

For both of those keys, it keeps telling me that it is not activated.

That would be for one of them, ok, but both of them return the same error.

And obviously, i tried paid, free, manually inserted, ctrl-C/ctrl-v etc...

I have done everything i could. The problem might come from moz but i don't really know, i cannot find any subject about it.

We have not received such reports from any other user, so we suspect the problem might be with the API key itself. Can you please send us the API key you are trying to add to the software (the free one) and we will try it on our side. Please, send it to support@link-assistant.com with the reference to this forum thread
