To see whether the site is crawled or when it is crawled we need search in the search box with this following " Site:<website>". Then Google shows the last crawled time and date.

A Web crawler, sometimes called a spider or spiderbot and often shortened to crawler, is an Internet bot that systematically browses the World Wide Web, typically for the purpose of Web indexing (web spidering). ... Mechanisms exist for public sites not wishing to be crawled to make this known to the crawling agent.

Crawling is the process by which Googlebot discovers new and updated pages to be added to the Google index. We use a huge set of computers to fetch (or "crawl") billions of pages on the web. The program that does the fetching is called Googlebot (also known as a robot, bot, or spider).
