Use the workspace filter (upper right corner in your project workspace): there you can add a condition to hide all backlinks that have been disavowed.

However, most people who own sites that bad are either not paying attention to their email or are actively selling their links for negative SEO purposes. They aren't going to simply remove the link. Your only option is to use the disavow tool. The disavow tool is a tool Google has put out to allow webmasters

As far as using Google’s disavow tool is concerned, adding nofollow links is not going to help much. So, for our discussions here, the next step is to separate out the follow links. To view all follow backlinks of your website, use the “Follow” filter in Linkody.
