Hi there,

I am checking rankings for Google Desktop and Google Mobile through your network.
Are you using different Google user-agents for rank checking?

Regards,
Frank

To be able to check rankings you do not need to use any specific Google-agents. Rank Tracker works the same way as when you check manually in Google: it goes to your selected search engine - makes a search for a keyword and then collects the results. So, there is no need to use any specific user-agent to be able to collect the results.

Thanks for your answer.
Maybe I asked not correctly.
If I am searching on my desktop with Firefox, the user agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0".
If I am searching on my mobile phone with Firefox the user agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (Android 9; Mobile; rv:65.0) Gecko/65.0 Firefox/65.0".

The results are different.

Does your service works the same way?

Mobile and Desktop user agents will really provide different results because Google result pages are different for mobile and desktop devices.
Therefore, when you choose to check rankings in Rank Tracker for Google Mobile version, the software takes a mobile user agent, while for Google desktop results are taken desktop user agents.
