Hello! I was wondering if someone can give me clarification on this?

I know what they both mean although I'm having trouble setting them up.

What I'm trying to do is have the tags: "linked" and "Not Interested" NOT appear on my workstation.

What setup do I need to use? does not contain/does not equal???
