Best Practice for Project Organization in Rank Tracker?

I'm using Rank Tracker for a university. We track thousands of keywords that fit into one of two buckets: 1) General, university-wide keywords and 2) Academic program-specific keywords.

Each academic program is tracking—on average—100 keywords. We have over 100 programs. Is it best to have one project with all keywords for all programs, or individual projects for each program. What are the pros and cons of each approach?

You can monitor all your keywords within one project, but separate them by various groups. For example, you can tag your program-related keywords with correspondent tags and then create separate workspaces within your project that will display the ranking positions and progress exactly for that group of keywords. To create such a workspace just click the Plus button:

And then create a filter that will show only keywords marked with a specific tag:

This way you can create multiple workspaces that will show only specified group of keywords within the same project.
