I am having trouble understanding what the instructions in my reports mean, and what to do?

With my keywords it says quite often on Keyword Prominence and Density to move the keywords closer to the end or use less often.

My problems are the keywords are at the end of the keywords, or only used once in the keywords?

How am I supposed to manage these tasks, I think I could be quite good at SEO but not a miracle worker!

Please try updating the software to the latest version, some optimization rate flaws have been fixed in the new reports. If the issue persists, however, please click Help -> Send project to support, we will take a look.

Thanks for the reply, I'm using the latest vesions 2.10.2, it's showing these errors consistently and also duplicating my keywords?
