Why do you provide so many options on the analysis but not letting us choose those options in report.

Rank Tracker lets me analyze 100 things, but only allow me to show a few of them on the report. To show more i may be have to hire a HTML expert.

There should be short codes that users can just add, to be able to pull data they want to show on the report, i mean all of things you let us do on the analysis level without going to a HTML school.

Another thing is how a project file contain only its own data, no sharing. When user edited a template in one project, they expect to see it again on another project. This is killing me every day. Is there an easy way out to this?

Thanks for the feedback. You are right and we're considering simplifying the report templates for our users, at some point we will come up with a more clear editor. Right now we offer our help to customers and you can send us your template files over for customization.



Not quite sure I got you right. Do you mean you need to re-create report templates? Those templates are a global setting, so they should be valid for all projects you start on one computer...
