So in my scan i see that there are some CSS errors on some of my pages. But my pages are Valid by CSS3 standards. it looks like WSA uses CSS2.1 to validate. Can this be changed in the settings?

No, right now this is not possible. We'll add this to our to-do list and expand the validation options in one of the future versions.
