Sorry if this is dead simple, I just got the software and have spent the evening trying to figure this out. So rather than waste another day tomorrow I thought I would post and hopefully I have an answer by morning.

I am running the Spyglass but it is not displaying Anchor text... I am unable to see it in preferred backlink factors. I attempted selecting all the factors and running them but still no show.

I am just wondering where I select this or should it be showing and how to debug??

What you need is to update the "Page info" ranking factor. It will populate the "title" "anchor" "links back" columns etc. Once you've update that factor for your links please right-click any column's header to make sure that "Anchor URL" column is added to your workspace.
