Please accept my apologies for starting out my first post with a rant but I feel that I got totally ripped off by buying this product!!

It has nothing to do with the quality of the product but it has to do with after paying $250 for the SEO Suite that somewhere in the fine print was buried the fact that the program basically becomes useless after just 6 months if you don't upgrade to a "live" subscription. Best price to upgrade the SEO Suite is another $124.00.

It was not clear in the initial purchase process that the program cost was for a 6 month subscription! In fact, the only way I found this out is a new warning pop up letting me know that I need to upgrade my "Live" account" in 28 days!

Will it work without the subscription, yes but according to the upgrade facts, it will no longer provide "accurate data" due to the changing google algorithms. Nice!

Had it been clear in the pre-sales material about the real cost of the product, I would not have purchased it knowing that after just 6 months it would be useless and require another substantial investment.

Has anyone else been surprised when you thought you were buying software only to find out that it was not a one time investment but a rather a monthly subscription model?

So now I am in tough spot. I cant get a refund as it is past 60 days and I cant use the software unless I spend more money each month.

Any ideas?

We have indicated the presence of subscription and the fact that it starts after 6 months since the purchase:

So right now you can pick an extension option that fits you best and go on using the software. By the way there is a special topic for the Live! Plan ideas on this forum, so this one will be locked now, thanks for understanding.
