For a couple of weeks all the programs can't pull any data from the search engines. I am using the option for proxyserver unfortunally it doesn't work. What is the solution for my problem?

Most probably your proxy server is the reason for the issue, please try disabling it.

If the issue persists please click Help -> Send project to support right after you run a check, we will take a look at your logs and settings.

Thanks for your anwser but I see that the last problem lies with the adwords keyword tool. What can I do to make sure the data can be pulled out from the keyword tool?
