For last three day, i spend atleast 30 hour sitting infront of my PC watching how Spy glass work and screen shot every step (sorry spyglass error log doesn't work if freeze).
Then send photo, telling them all issue but i get no solution, basically request me for more try ......

See it freeze after the program run for hour, i know admin here or another support is going to tell try smaller link update and bla .....
No worry i does try all.
1. Just update 200 link.
2. Update 500 link. (worst after 10 minute, nothing update).
3. Update 1000 link by SEO Powersuite support request.
4. Update 5000 link by SEO POWERSUITE support request.
All fail and 100%.
Only time success was first day i bought this program, 10k link and take me 5 hour (i was complaint that time, too slow, now i will be glad if it still work).

First of all I can say that it may really take a while to update 10000 backlinks even with 25 simultaneous tasks. You should understand that each link is being checked for at least 10 factors in external services, so this makes the number of sent requests increase up to 100.000. Plus add the response time from the server - so you can have 6 or even more hours of task time.
Next this is that our software has internal Java limit which does not allow it to use over 700MB Ram. If the software uses more- it just freezes. That is why when you select all 10000 backlinks to update this easily exceeds the limit thus the software just hangs. With such big projects we advise to check backlinks in smaller batches of about 500-600 backlinks, this will help to avoid out of memory problem.
We also recommend you to decrease the number of simultaneous tasks to 5-7 because this is a very memory consuming feature. Just set it back to default 5 tasks and this will be better.
So, checking in smaller batches will actually help you check the whole project in less time them selecting all backlinks and trying check them at once - this will lead also to blockage by Google and other services due to extensive querying, so will still need to recheck the results in future.

Also, since your project is really big I can recommend you to split it into two projects which will have about 5000 backlinks each. This will really reduce the memory usage and will help to avoid the problem because the software uses considerable amount of memory just to open the project of that size, not speaking about updating it.
