Currently, I am checking for a pretty large website if all the url's are indexed. A good way to do this is to load all the url's in to Ranktracker combined with the info: operator, so the keywords look like this:
info:www.site.com/product-name
If the page is not indexed, google will give 0 results, if the page is indexed google will give exactly 1 result. I have found that Ranktracker does not handle the serps well when a page is indexed. It keeps attempting to get the results so I have to manually stop the threads every time.
