We can't do that at the point of gathering data, because our goal is to present the most accurate information. For instance, if there is a sitewide link to your competitors or a blogroll link — we display it as it is something that might help you understand their linking strategies. So choosing one link out of all these links and displaying just that would be misleading.
You can either delete them from workspace manually and they will be gathered once again during a rebuild of the project, or you can click "Analyze" and switch to the "domains" tab. You'll see the list of all linking domains and you can copy that list to a spreadsheet, each domain is mentioned just once there.
