Hi,

When new link partners have been added I think everyone would be faced with the arduous task of categorising and sometimes assigning the appropriate anchor text.

Could you add keyboard shortcuts to these 2 tasks?

Also when you've completed a link request form you have to edit the partner individually to change their status to Form Filled each time. Could you add a keyboard shortcut for that too?

Thanks,

James

Hi James!

If you want to change the status for multiple partner at once, there is no need to add specific keybord shortcuts for that. You can easily make that already now by holding CTRL button and selecting the partners you want to change the status for. Then right-click any of the selected partners and click "Update multiple partners -> Category/Status".

As for changing status to "Form filled", you can use an "Update" button within the internal browser and change the status there without returning to your workspace.

The problem isn't categorising multiple sites at once its doing it individually.

If you use link assistant to search for link forms for a keyword say "Central Heating" you'll end up with totally irrelevant link forms (Due to the search engines not Link Assistant) from Cooking websites news websites etc which have to be categorised individually without shortcuts this is a huge pain.

You could save yourself a good deal of manual work if you made your search terms more specific (e.g. "central heating and cooling repair services"). Also please try limiting the number of results to 30-50 partners per search. As you know, search listings tend to get less and less relevant as you move away from page 1.
