I have started a number of projects in SEO SpyGlass but my computer froze up in the middle of my workday while I was running the software. Now SEO SpyGlass will not start and returns the following error message...

"SEO SpyGlass has recovered from a serious error and was returned to it's initial state as if never used before."

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software but it has done nothing.
I tried some approaches to fix the software mentioned in this thread

I need to get this software working asap.
I submitted a support ticket already and am not getting any support.
Can anybody help me?

Please try deleting the application from your computer and then downloading and installing it again. Here's where you can find the latest version:
