Sounds like the new version hasn't been installed properly. Please try the following:
1. Exit SEO SpyGlass (if it's running)
2. Open the Task manager and end all "javaw" processes (if there are any)
3. Uninstall the application through the Control Panel or by launching the 'Uninstall.exe' file in its installation folder on your C:\ drive
After that please restart your computer and
re-install SEO SpyGlass. It would also be a good idea to update JRE before doing it - you can find detailed instructions in
this post.
If the error persists after the re-installation, please let us know and we'll look into your antivirus settings.
