Please check - RT - Search Volume from Google is broken
90% of all my local search volume of high demand keywords (checked from Google KT) came up in RT as zero. I tried this on my ip addresses. No Good. Please check
It doesn't really matter which IP address you check search volume from.
I suspect the order of columns in your Google AdWords account has been customized. So there's a chance you got results from a wrong column. Please check out this link for more info about these settings.
If you are using the default workspace, please paste your list of keywords here or send your project to our support team.
