I've used Powersuite personally for around 12-18 months; howver I recently started a new position as the Search Marketing Manager at a rather large digital agency in Australia.

I purchased another copy of SEO Powersuite Enterprise just yesterday to use here at work. But what I've just noticed is 75% of the results are not accurate anymore!!!

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this because I have multiple rotating proxies setup that are not in AU?

Any advice would be great! As clients, nor my senior management, will be happy with me if I provide inaccurate data to them...!

Im seeing this as well, do an update all of a sudden showing keywords are dropped, scan again and they are back.

Manually using the engine i can see the keyword on page 1

I sent in a support ticket a few days back; no response to date... really disappointed by this..

I also have checked manually & can see a number of keywords that are ranking more positively, some more negatively, then what RT is displaying in its data... '

C'mon support, get on top of this! We don't spend $600+ for software, plus 12 month fees for support & updates for nothing!!!!
