I recently switched from a PC to a Mac and ever since have been having errors that I did not have before. I have the exact same settings and the same proxies as before ( I have 25 dedicated ones). Consistently the first 3 or 4 keywords (not the same keywords, just the first one I try in a project) get stuck in "Attempt #". I've left them running for hours and they never move from there. I cannot "View logs" because when I just click "Stop" after a few hours of "Attempts", it just says "Stopped" with no details.

I've tried to take the first 4 or 5 proxies out (all of them are alive and responding well every time I check) to see if maybe the first ones are just getting blocked, but no matter which ones I remove, I consistently get those first 4 keywords stuck in the "Attempt" phase.

Seems silly for the issue to be the shift from the PC to a Mac, but its the only thing I can pinpoint that is different (I've been a customer for well over a year and never had issues). Also, a friend acknowledged he had the same issue when he used RankTracker on a Mac.

Any similar issues/suggestions for fixes/help? Thanks!

Hello seoprodmanager,

I have exactly the same issue here in almost the same set-up (Mac + 30 dedicated proxies) . I never used RankTracker on a PC and therefor can't make the comparison between PC and Mac, but I have the issue since I'm using RankTracker (for at least six months).

Did you get any solution for the problem? I would really appreciate it, if you write back.

@andrewsen: I'm not really sure, why the hell you refer to igennie for support? It is a RankTracker issue for sure! Or you just used the chance to put a link with seo ulterior motive??? Bad, bad!

Regards,
Sybrant

Reinstall your mac drivers settings and also update your mac bios setting for installing new software. You can take Microsoft Help by igennie for software support and Mac Help Support for better mac system solution by expert igennie technician....

Same issue here.

First 4 or 5 always get stuck and I have to manually cancel them.
