When trying to check the KEI for not even 40 keywords, with human emulation set the way I've always been using it with NO problems, the KEI progress gets to about 98% and then it just says "paused" and the time to finish increases as the current time goes up.

I have to present keyword data to a major client tomorrow and now this is happening. This is NOT good and the more updates that are released with this software, the more problems it seems to have. Please advise and for the love of all things good, iron these issues out or else I don't see myself renewing my plan to this software. This is the 3rd time I've had issues like these.
