Hello all, I have submitted a trouble ticket two days ago to support and no reply so I am seeking advice here. I have recently purchased several proxies from squidproxies. I entered one of them in my preferences of RT and when I click the check button, I get the following "the proxy you entered cannot be applied". I have tried all ten of my new proxies and get the same error message. What am I doing wrong?

As far as I know your ticket PRO-818-92220 (created yesterday btw) has been replied. We need to see the proxies, or at least one of them, to suggest solutions.
