I ran into the problem today as I was running Website Auditor on a site with over 1.000 pages and wanted all the ranking factor information. The first run took 28 hours and then froze when it completed... After breaking it down into batches, too slow so I finally resolved to buy private proxies. I used squidproxies, by the way, if you enter the coupon code "bhwonly", you get 25% discount. Very easy to use, you have to register your IP once you receive your proxy list. From there, you need to list them in your Workspace preferences on WSA and check the right boxes (customer support from Powersuite can send you a screen shot just connect via chat) and you must use the required format user:pwd@proxyIP:port when you list them.
Been using my ten proxies this afternoon and it really is going much quicker!
