Anyone else having a problem opening their rank tracker? I open mine this evening, there was an update, when the update finished my rank tracker closed and I can not get it to open up. I have emailed support but still waiting on a response.
Yes me too. Ever since the update I can't even open it at all! I tried downloading the update installer manually from this site but the installer won't even open!

There has been a Java update - please make sure you got the latest version (download at http://java.com ) and then try installing the latest version of our software ( www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/update.html ), prior to that deleting previously installed applications and any downloaded installers

If you posted the instructions online, other people with the same problem could benefit from your knowledge as well.
The instructions were to uninstall the version of Rank Tracker that was causing problems a download the latest version freshly from www.link-assistant.com/update.html
