Post subject: Software useless since update >can you help? :(

I have used spyglass for a while and since the update which told stories of amazing new link discovery, not only have i had to buy a live account but the soft no longer works properly. I have set all the human emulation setting I can. I have tried not to put too many dupe engines like google.com and .co.uk but all my search engines are coming back with red progress bar and s-engines banning!!! The old software worked, this is completely useless and whats more I cant get help from support and I am paying a subscription which did not exist when I bought the software!! Im posting here as I have no help.... whats going on here. is this a common experience now and therefore support is overwhelmed or what!!!!?
