Do you have Human Emulation enabled in Preferences -> Search safety settings -> Human emulation? This feature should slow you down a lot if it's on.
Another thing - please make sure you do not have a list of dead proxies in Preferences -> Search safety settings -> Proxy rotation. Try disabling it as well if you have it on.
Also please check that there is no new antivirus or firewall software slowing downl SOE SpyGlasses' connection. Also check your computer for malware that might be eating traffic
The thing is that we did not change any of the code related to links gathering at all, so it should be some local configuration issue.
