Hi, I've tried to create a new ticket in the support system, but never received the activation email. As a result, I cannot post my issue...

My copy of SEO Spyglass has un-licensed itself, even though I bought a 12 month subscription in February, order ref. 38952902.

I cannot find a way to have my license key re-issued, as I don't have the original email (possibly because it was a license renewal?)

Somebody please help, I'm unable to save or cut/paste SEO Spyglass data!
