We've recently added a new feature to WebSite Auditor - the one that deals with Google's soon-important ranking factor
site load speed.
The software now gives you a breakdown on your own site's speed and on the speed of your top competitors' sites. This information together with advice is displayed in the Site Load Time section of the A-Z Optimization Report.
However, if you have already been using WebSite Auditor any time before the site load time update, you will need to change your Report Templates (so that site load time data is displayed). We tried to provide the users with instructions
here.
However, an even more convenient way to get the shiny new reports with site load speed is to use the templates we're providing for you.
Please use these links to
download the templates from our website:
1)
A - Z Optimization Report with Site Load Time(will contain all the possible sections of WebSite Auditor report, now including site load time)
2)
Site Load Time Report(will contain only analysis of site load time)
How to add this new template to your software?1. Open WebSite Auditor
2. Go to
Preferences -> Report Templates...3. Click the
Add button and go through the wizard to create a new template. Don't think much about what settings you choose, in today's case it won't influence what you'll have in the end

4. Assign a name to your new template, for example,
A - Z Optimization Report with Site Load Time and click
OK.
5. Now in the same window (
Preferences -> Report Templates...) select your newly-created template (ex.
A - Z Optimization Report with Site Load Time) and click the
Edit button.
6. You will see the template's code. Select the whole code (Ctrl+A) and delete it.
7. Now paste there the code from the new template you just downloaded and click
OK.
8. That's pretty much it - now to view your new report, go to the
Report tab and select your new template (ex.
A - Z Optimization Report with Site Load Time) in the drop-down on the right.
