We all know that if you get links to your website very quickly and there are lots of links coming to your all of a sudden, Google puts you in sandbox. Is this justified?
Should not you get paid for your hard work if you or your SEO company works day in and day out and with the help of many to get hold of thousands of links from various places.
I think Getting backlinks quickly is a good SEO technique and should not be considered as a Black Hat one?
What do you say?

Getting sandboxed for getting links too quickly is a myth, like many other myths in our industry its just an assumption and there is no solid evidence to back it up.

If you automatically get penalised for building links too quickly then why not just buy one of these forum / blog posting bots and spam all your competitors with thousands of links a day :-)

End of the day don't believe everything you read on the internet, do your own testing and make up your own mind whats good and whats not, at least that's my philosophy anyway. If you want to test certain theories such as getting sandboxed for building links to fast go ahead and get a throw-away domain and have a bash.

Yes - google should penalize you for having an SEO company post backlinks and they'll one day figure out how - Backlinks are supposed to show google that you have such a quality site that other sites are linking to it. If you get 50 backlinks in one day you're obviously "paying" for them - I don't mean when you buy backlinks, I mean you're paying an SEO company to sit there and plant links - So what does google see when they rate a site? They see who can pay more to get workers to plan links.
No one gets 50 legit backlinks in a day

Google filters most relevant website for every query. Getting many links at a time signals spamming and therefore is not considered genuine in Google's eye.

I also think that most suited website with high quality links should be ranked rather than those with most amount of backlinks.
