I'm also greatly concerned by the 3 month update fees!
You know what offers LIFETIME upgrades fro free.
I appreciate that may be commercially inappropirate for you, but any update fee needs to be immesne vaue, aka under 10% of the purchase price PA.
This has put me of buying it more than anything actually.

I agree as also were a hosting company too, we use Whmcs and we pay for it once or monthly and get free updates.
As a marketer...It keeps customers always intertwined...

I am working both in Chinese & English environment and think the SEO PowerSuite is one of the best I've seen so far. Works really great for Chinese too. I would love to give a FULL test drive of all modules to see how each compliments each other. However, my favorite so far is still Rank Tracker.

One quick thought I have is if it Rank Tracker could be preloaded with Search Engine rankings in different countries. For example, Yahoo is #1 in Taiwan instead of Google and # or % of searches per country. Branching off this, it would be nice to return # of searches for each search engine instead of just 1 preset in the keyword research view.

Hello, I would like to test SEO Power Suite, all modules, professional version is all I need.

I am about to renew a link building campaign and finetune the keywords I am targetting for the website I administer.

Please let me know if I can save the work I will be doing this week and use it after this period if I decide to buy the software.

My current wishlist/suggestions:

- let user save at least some settings in the free version (look at what webceo allows). I have tried the different modules briefly already in the free version and am impressed but because you can't save or export anything this makes the free version nearly useless for me (can't keep track of work already done).
- be clearer about the ongoing monthly running charges, possibly reduce if you can justify it. I have been put off by Live Plan charges so far especially the fact that you somewhat hide its existence on the link-assistant website.

Some of the things I am definitely missing in Rank Tracker:

- individual comments and notes for keywords. I think since SEO is a very dynamic process this is definitely a must have
- possibility to display keywords which have been deleted of a project file

A couple of ideas for the team, just in case they were feeling a lull in development :) (For those of you just testing, that was a joke. The folks at LA are CONSTANTLY updating their software giving them a huge market advantage over those less expensive competitors.)

It would be very nice if the applications and their schedulers could be run from the command line in the Enterprise Edition.

With the coming wave of local search clients, it would be nice if your on-page optimization tools would have options specific for local search. Is there a way to add CitySearch, Yahoo Local or Google Maps as a search engine?

To Address another comment in this discussion, why don't you ask your user base to help write more Knowledgebase articles? I have learned a TON by just reading through these forums. It would be great for LA if you could capture some of the experiences of the users... Anybody interested in writing the Reporting Tips & Tricks? :)

I would like the Website Auditor to have the ability to rebuild the audit when scheduled. Currently it saves the previous information from the top ten sites and only runs the info for my website. I need it to rebuild the entire report top ten sites and all.

Thanks

Not an idea right now, but rather a reminder:

As we all know "SOAP Search API ... is finally hanging up the gloves and retiring on August 31st" .

Google offers to switch to AJAX Search API (but at the same time we should remember that there is a maximum of 64 results returned for the Search APIs and there is no way to get more.)

So, guys, don't forget to add this AJAX Search API into all your tools ;)

P.S. thanks for the cool tools 8) and see you back again with more ideas tomorrow (now it's time to have bi-i-ig fun  )

This is my primary request, too. I currently use calendar software to track my SEO modifications, but being able to do this in Rank Tracker would make my life so much easier.

If possible I would like to test your PowerSuite also and compare it to the software and tools I am using currently (various free tools, my own software and SEO Administrator). What I am interested in is how your SW is able handle non English languages.

regards,
Martin
