Hey guys, My name is Justin.

I have been using your SEO PowerSuite now for about a week. I must say that this set of programs are amazing and are very easy to use.

I am however having issues with the built-in browser. It seems every time I try to open a website in the internal browser, it just loads.... and loads. At first I thought the problem was due to a site that was very large, but after attempting to open several others, the problem continued to occur. Each time this happens, I have to "Force Quit" the program, and start it up again (really sucks if I haven't saved my work yet). This has become quite annoying now mainly because I continually have to switch screens just to open my browser. On top of this problem, my built in email client has been acting the same way. Once I open it and start browsing through my emails, the program begins loading, bringing me to a stand still until I force quit the program.

I am running the latest LinkAssistant 3.15.2 software on my Mac OS X 10.6.7

I hope I have provided enough information to help you help me with my problem. I look forward to your reply.

-Justin

Hello Justin, thanks a lot for reporting this. We will need to see your logs in order to figure out if any kind of error is taking place. So please reproduce the error and then click Help -> Send project to support after that. You can restart the software once if necessary, old log will be saved as well and we'll receive it.

Okay, I have sent the project to you. I couldn't reproduce the error before I sent it because when I do, the program wont allow me to do anything while its loading. I opened up my activity monitor on my mac while LinkAssistant was loading and it shows LinkAssistant(Not Responding).

I hope you're able to find the problem with the logs i sent to you.

Hi Justin.

Have you managed to get this fixed?

I have exactly the same problem, but haven't been fixed yet.

The interesting thing is that I run Mac OS X 10.6.7 too.

It seemed as an operating system bug, but since I have re-installed tiger, and link assistant did the same thing again.

The tech guys are really nice, and investigated thoroughly last time, but the issue still exist, and as you saying it is very annoying.
