I use WSA Page Optimization Report.

I fulfill all recommendations and still get only 30%.

Can anyone explain me why???

We need to see the report and/or the page URL and keywords. Please let us know what page you're analyzing, for what keywords and what search engine you're using to get compeition. Or just send us your project via Help -> Send project to support, we'll take a look and see if there's any discrepancy in the software.
