I just recently purchased the suite of tools, so am a noobie. So far, I love it - I've been working with one site and hope to see the labors of my work show in Google shortly
In Auditor, I'm trying to create a new report for a website that is not yet listed nor does it have a domain name. It resides in a folder of the main site: http://www.kustomimprints.com/schoolsupply. I added the above URL for the site but it only returns one page and says there is a redirect on that page (I don't see any redirect and the source code looks fine).
I also tried to tell it to only scan pages with "schoolsupply" in the link but that made no difference.
Do I need to set up a temporary domain name to scan the site? I just want to see how it compairs in the report to other competitors so I can tweak it before going live with it.
You should be able to set up a scan for a single page on a website. I can. I don't see a redirect. All I can suggest is for you to try to set with the actual url and not just the directory listed.

My problem is I don't want just that page scanned - I want all the linked pages (Almost all are within the folder, which will become the site folder when the site goes live) scanned as well. When I try, it just scans the first page. I added a parameter for it to scan links with the name "school supply" in them so it does not scan outside the folder but that doesn't help any.
Actually, looking over the page that did get scanned I think I know what happened but don't know why. The page shows 0% for the keywords. Is this because the page is not yet ranked in google? I was hoping to be able to compare what I have with the competition BEFORE uploading the site to see what I need. It's reporting everything as 0% when the information IS there on the page.
Is there a special way to get a report of a page not yet ranked against the competition's pages (Obviously, I'm not looking for keyword ranking - there is none, just how the page will compare to the competition. Any suggestion? Thanks!

Do you mind clicking Help -> Send project to support so we could take a look at the issue?
It would be a good idea to publish your site but to restrict it with robots.txt - then the search engine bots would not be crawling it but you could analyze your text.
