I'm trying to analyse individual pages and when i start up website auditor all i get is a box to input the url and no box to imput a keyword so it analyses the who site.
I'm sure the last time i used my friends website auditor some time ago there was an option to add a keyword when analysing a page.

Right now there's a new module added to the software - the Website analysis module. So you need to first gather all pages of your site to make a list, then select an individual page and click "analyze" - you will get to what you've seen before, the webpage analysis module.
