When I run the Website Auditor for some of our clients the following information comes up as Not Yet Checked.

Why would they not be checked and how can I change this?

Please select all the harvested URLs and click "Update". Then click "Add more backlink factors" if you do not see the factors left unupdated in the list and add these factors to your project, marking them with checks to be updated.

I'm seeing something similar to this also in v3.0.9. My symptom differs in that I do see Page Rank, but HTML validity (including response code, broken links, and several other related columns) all say "Not yet checked".
I tried selecting all of the links in the Website view as recommended by Theresa@resh.com and clicking "Update" and choosing "add more backlink factors", but I don't see any additional factors that appear to be related to HTML validity characteristics.

What am I doing wrong.

I completely uninstalled WA v3.0.9 and reinstalled it and started a new project (same website). I now have options available for checking page structure (e.g. HTML responses, CSS errors, broken links).

I'm not sure why they were missing after the first installation, but I'm glad they're back. Hopefully, they'll choose to stay awhile.
