2 everyone who faced the problem:

How did the new version go? Is it working properly now?

We would appreciate your feedback.

Running one with 3132 backlinks, elapsed time 18 hours, estimated time to completion 30 hours, will post when it is finished. Thanks for the new revision, keeping my fingers crossed. :D

I've only run one report, the 989, but it ran without freezing - that's a good sign!

@zarnz - 3000+ backlinks? How did you gather that many? All for the same domain, or was this a "multiple projects" one? Also, you ran into no proxy issues running over 3000??

Reason for so many backlinks to analyze is due to some SEO projects I am doing for some Universities. Didn't run into any proxy problems but I run these at my office on an OC3 line with an 8-core G5 tower (2 x 3GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 16 gigs of ram 4TB of Storage). FYI there are all for a single university domain.

It does take some time however to generate the reports (using all the US major search engines checked in the SEO menu) which range from 20-40 hours till they finish.

i just bought SEO Spyglass and im having this same problem. its kinda driving me crazy. ill be trying to get the page info from a list of about 8000 backlinks, and it will do the first 7900 just fine. finally, after 1-2 hours, it freezes with only a couple hundred left to go. then, when i restart the program i have to redo all of them! even the ones that were already analyzed. isn't there some way that it can save the ones that are analyzed, so that if it does crash, it doesn't have to redo the ones that it already did? like how the Crashdump Logger of Scrapebox saves everything as it works so that if it crashes, you can restart where you left off? or even better, is there a way to get it to stop crashing?

so far its failed for me 4 times, all within only a couple hundred of backlinks away from finishing, and has wasted me about 6 hours of waiting. without the ability to analyze the links page info, it's been kinda useless so far. i really hope this can be fixed.

I'm getting the same error, often with some type of error message about "java heap out of memory" or something like that.
