On my website, there are 3 languages, and I have one link page per language.

French http://www.agencearagon.com/partenaires/liens.php
English http://www.agencearagon.com/en/partners/links.php
Italian http://www.agencearagon.com/it/links.htm

What do you recommend?

Should I create one email address per language and manage these pages independantly like if they were different website?

Or is it possible to manage these pages within the same project, with same email address and maybe use filters to differentiate which language the link request belongs to ?

It's better if you create several projects, each containing data (letters, links page) in only one language. This will give you more related results, and thus will help you get more quality backlinks.
