I've read numerous post about how meta keywords is something of the past and does not affect your site. Actually all it does is making it easier for your competition to figure out what searchwords you are going after.

What do you guys think about this regarding keywords being a measurement Website Auditor?

I personally don't fill them. I try to make the rest of the site as optimal as possible and to fit the competition, but leaving keywords out of the game. What do you do?

Same here Newborn. I've read numerous articles on the keywords meta tag that say the same thing. I've also reverted to not using it.

Well, they're not used for ranking a page by Google, but leaving a couple of related keywords would make sense, just for the sake of other search engines

I have noticed that Bing and Yahoo haven't added my pages to their index until I have added the META Description and Keyword tags.
