If the software is really used for spamming, one should be able to terminate services, as this would be really bad for your companies reputation.

A professional spammer would never choose LinkAssistant for sending out spam.

Our tool was not designed for the purpose of spamming and is not powerful enough to bombard email boxes with spam letters.
As you probably know, spamming software sends out hundreds of thousand emails to random email addresses it finds all over the Web.
As for LinkAssistant, the application only finds RELEVANT websites for link exchange and lets you send out personalized link exchange requests to the emails you specify, which can't be qualified as spam.
