I've been going back and forth all morning trying to get this correct. As soon as I improve my score for the individual keywords, the score for the phrase goes down conversely when I improve the phrase score the individual score goes down.

i have seen the report, but have doubt how many pages your web site contains..and which are the keywords you focusing for your index page? just concentrate on 2,3 long tail keywords and try to optimize the page or same and see the results. let me know any update.
