I have tried updating the KEI and it just stays at 67%. I keep retrying with no success. I do not get any banned from Google Adwords report. It worked fine last night

Same problem here: i am pretty sure it's due to an Adwords ban. ("forbidden" or "banned" >> (although im not getting the banned or forbidden message neither getting the captcha)

What i have done so far to get the no. of searches from Google Adwords:
- reset my modem to renew IP
- logged in to 2 AdWords accounts and checked column order + language/ country settings to match those in RankTracker
- Entered Adwords info in Rank Tracker (2 seperate accounts)
- Tried to do only 1 KEI update
- Tweaked with human emulation delays and number of simultaneous requests
- Proxy rotation enable / disable

usually at least 1 of these steps help, but today none of the above seems to be having any effect?!

Idea: manually collect the number of searches in Adwords KeywordTool and paste them into RankTracker?! (make it easy for us to paste from CSV or AdWords).

Please advice asap, i really need to do some kw-research today.

I already have an adwords account and have been using the human emulation all along and have not changed the default settings. I am only doing (1) keyword at a time and I am temporarily banned from Google Adwords. However I tried a single keyword this morning and I am still banned. This is 12 hrs later. I tried proxy rotation but the live ones end up as dead. I tried a single proxy IP with no results. I do not know what to do next.

I'm having the same problem. I paid $600 for this software and it's been nothing but a MAJOR let down with all of the problems on the back end. Looks like I'll be going with a different software if this issue isn't resolved.

I emailed customer support my log this morning. They emailed me back that there was an error in their software and the problem would be fixed on the next update. I hope it is soon as I tried again tonight on a single word and had the same results. I have been using the complete suite for 2 or 3 years and you will run into hickups every now and then as Google is getting a lot smarter with their algorithms. I panicked at the start but Link-Assistant always comes up with a solution within a reasonable period of time.

Yep, I trust them too to find a solution but please hurry up guys!
I'm getting "forbidden" returned and it is not a problem of our adwords account, must be the interface RT-GAdwords.
