The thing is that Google AdWords can block your IP for a short while just like a search engine would. Please click "view logs" on the finishing screen when you're done extracting # of searches, and you will see the actual error you're getting. If you get "Forbidden" that would mean that Google AdWords temporarily blocked you. Please try entering your Google AdWords account in Preferences -> Google Account settings, or entering another account for a little while, or using a proxy server. Google AdWords' temp block does not last very long and repeating your search after a couple of minutes can bring results.

Having same problem however the log does not show any blocks or errors. All green and OK but "No Data" against the number of searches.

Same problem here. I have a feeling that the more keywords there are in the project the mroe problems it has to get KEI data but this doesn't make a lot of sense.

I think this is a issue caused after the last update. Now , besides the fact that I have added new / fresh proxies, a new google adwords account, when I am asking for suggestions I don't see any CAPTCHA when it asks me to insert one. Can I roll back to the previous version somehow ?

You are right, I am not getting any KEI, search or competitor data anymore, even with small amounts of keywords in the list, and even when I wait for a day and try again.

I'm also having the same issue.
Everything was running fine until yesterday when I keep getting "no data" for #no of searches.

Even when I update KEI for previously working keywords (that had information before), they are now replaced with "no data".

Guys, really sorry for the inconvenience. Google AdWords has been changing the way they return results frequently and we're adjusting the parsing mechanism at the moment. Tonight's update will fix the issue — thanks a lot for your patience and input!
