Hi,

I find the KEI feature of Rank Tracking really useful and one of the main reasons I pay for the software.

However over the last few weeks i've not been able to get any data using it.

When I try and update KEI it usually just says "Paused" for ages. If it does get going it stays on "loading adwords.google.com". It then fails and I get:

Get number of searches for 89 keywords Temp blocked https://adwords.google.com/o/Targeting/ ... WORD_IDEAS

Can you help please.

-Alex

Same problem here, I have 30 paid private proxies, having this problem every time the past two weeks :(

To be more specific; with # of searches I get No Data (while there is data when I check manually), and the same issue with KEI. I'm logged in in my default browser in Adwords, added my Google Adwords account, all human behaviour settings are default and I use proxies as mentioned...

Please create a Google AdWords account and enter it to Rank Tracker through "Preferences -> Google Account Settings. Using it, you'll need to enter just 1 captcha in the very beginning of a KEI update. Also as a registered user you'll be able to pull more keyword suggestions from Google AdWords.

Proxy rotation and other search safety settings can't help you here because they are applicable only when you query search engines (that is update your rankings or check the number of competing pages). Also RT doesn't interfere with any of the browsers installed on your computer so it doesn't matter whether you are logged in to Google AdWords account or not. Please make sure you are using the same settings in Rank Tracker for region/language and keyword match type as in your browser. If it doesn't help, please send your project to us through "Help -> Send Project to Support".

Hi,

I am with an ISP that dynamically issues IP addresses and if you are too there's a simple work around. Restarting your modem to renew your Public IP address seems to do the trick. By doing this you are trading your old one that google has memorised and blocked for a new one that google has no beef against. To avoid getting all the IP addresses blocked on your isp, make sure you only do one or two KEI checks with adwords and then if you need to do more, reboot your modem and pick up a new IP address before doing so.

If you have a static public IP this will not work....

What happens when i don't use the same settings as in my browser? Does it influence results?

My browser is default set to Netherlands, broad match and search within .nl but for Rank Tracker i often use completely different queries. With multiple projects running it would be very time consuming changing browser settings each time. Is it really necessary?

Thanks,

Paul.
