Are there any instruction on how to customise the auditor report, i.e. remove sections and stuff.

You can add/remove basic sections when you create new report templates in Preferences -> Report templates -> Add.

You can also modify an existing report template using basic HTML tags: change text, cut out unnecessary tables etc.

If you need help with that please create a ticket at http:/link-assistant.com/support and attach your template in a simple txt file (just copy paste it from Website Auditor to a txt file).
