I have been in seo and affiliate marketing for the last couple of months.Initially things were going on fine but later on i found out that i was being banned by forum administrators and moderators alike.All this wasn't affecting my page count on google instead the search results was increasing.But for the last fifteen days there has been a steady decline in my rankings it has gone down from 30000 to 15000.some replies say it is happening due to search engine spiders changing their alogrithms. even though i am optimizing basic seo techniques as mentioned in wikipedia to avoid the decline all my efforts has so far been fruitless.Kindly suggest something that is effective and sure shot to get over with these problems.

Simple..by bulding quality inbound links from high PR sites and the links should be theme based..

In link building, I think that you should stick to useful posts for them to not get deleted. There are also other stuff you should keep in mind, including not overdoing it. Google is a bit suspicious when you have too much back links and might hurt your PR.
When you take backlinks on the high pr websites with relevant category. Then PR of your website increases... Content also plays a important role in the PR. Relevant and pure content increases the place of your website in the Google...
There are many methods with which you can improve your websites page rank. However, from my point of view the best way to improve PR is to do quality backlinks. Make sure that the link building you are doing consists of quality.
Insert Site map of site in search engine. Always used fresh and unique content. Work on Link building Technique. Work on SMO site. Work on On page SEO.
