Are you talking about using the windows file function or a function within the program? I do not see that function within the program.

Actually I was being sarcastic

Each project in RT is self contained. All the necessary configuration and ranking data is carried with the file. If you close the project FILE > CLOSE CURRENT PROJECT, you can then simply navigate to where the file resides on your HDD and then delete it.
